Quiet horizons, open space and the pull of the sea
The Salt Light Collection
The Salt Light Collection
Salt Light is the first collection to emerge from my new studio space, a place where I’ve been able to lean more fully into quiet, openness, and the expansive landscapes that have shaped my inner world. Much of my inspiration comes from my upbringing in the UK—windswept coastlines, soft skies, and the enduring pull of the horizon line that has stayed with me wherever I’ve lived.
These abstract coastal paintings are built from muted palettes, gentle shifts of light, and wide fields of space—echoes of deserted beaches, low tides, and the stillness that settles where the ocean meets the sky. Each piece sits somewhere between memory and longing. I paint with the intention of creating room to breathe—minimalist seascapes that hold calm, light, and the quiet emotional terrain of open spaces.
This collection reflects my ongoing exploration of abstract art, coastal-inspired painting, and minimalist landscapes. If you’re looking for serene wall art, contemporary seascape paintings, or original coastal abstracts, Salt Light offers a quiet place to land.
